About Kacie
My connection to Reiki began long before I ever considered it a path of my own. I grew up “playing Reiki” with my cousins, guided by my grandmother, Helen J. Haberly, a Reiki Master who studied under and was close friends with Hawayo Takata. I don’t remember a time when Reiki wasn’t part of my life.
At 10 years old, the youngest my grandmother would allow, I received my Level 1 training from her. Even then, she would tell me that I had powerful hands and a strong intuitive sense. At the time, I didn’t fully understand what she meant, but her words stayed with me.
35 years after that first class, I completed my Level 2 training and everything shifted. What had once been on the periphery became clear, this is the work I am meant to do.
I’ve always experienced a sense of intuitive knowing. Some call it instinct, some call it the Holy Spirit, I’ve always known it simply as intuition, and I was taught from a young age to trust it. In my 40s, as I began exploring meditation and energy work more deeply, that intuition expanded into something more, a deeper ability to feel, sense, and connect.
Now, as a Reiki practitioner, I bring together the grounding, healing energy of Reiki with intuitive guidance and a deep sense of connection. My work is centered on creating a space where you can relax, release, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural, supported, and aligned.
🌿 Reiki Renewal (60 minutes)
A focused Reiki session designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support your overall well-being. This session is ideal for first-time clients, those seeking regular energetic maintenance, or anyone wanting to focus on a specific concern, challenge, or area of healing. Brief intuitive messages received during your session are included at no additional charge.

🌿 Reiki Deep Restore (90 minutes)
My signature Reiki experience. This extended session provides the time and space for a full-body energetic treatment, deeper relaxation, emotional release, and intuitive guidance. With additional time, we can move more slowly through the healing process, allowing your body, mind, and energy system to settle and restore balance.
Many clients find that deeper insights, intuitive messages, and energetic shifts naturally emerge during longer sessions. Brief intuitive messages received during your session are included at no additional charge.

🌿 Intuitive Guidance Add-On
If you would like additional time after your Reiki session to explore messages from your guides and angels, ask questions, or discuss the information received in greater depth, you may 30 or 60 minutes to your Reiki session.

Designed for clients seeking deeper spiritual insight, guidance, and connection. We begin with approximately 15 minutes of Reiki to help quiet the mind, raise awareness, and create space for intuitive information to emerge. The remainder of the session is dedicated to exploring the messages, images, impressions, and guidance that come forward.
Depending on the session, information may relate to life direction, relationships, personal growth, spiritual development, loved ones in spirit, or communication from guides and angels. Sessions are interactive, allowing time for questions, discussion, and deeper exploration of the information received.

🌿 Extended Intuitive Guidance Session (90 Minutes)
This session is designed for those seeking a deeper conversation with their guides, angels, and spiritual support team. We begin with approximately 15 minutes of Reiki to create a receptive energetic space, followed by an extended period of intuitive guidance and discussion.
Together, we'll explore the messages, symbols, insights, and guidance that arise. With additional time, clients often find there is greater opportunity to ask questions, receive clarification, and explore multiple areas of their life and spiritual journey.

🌿 Guided Meditation (60 minutes)
A personalized guided meditation experience designed to help you build a meditation practice you can continue at home. Together, we’ll explore grounding, visualization, and mindfulness techniques tailored to your needs and comfort level. You’ll leave with a simple take-home guide and reflection prompts to support your continued practice.

🌿 In-Home Energy Clearing (60 minutes)
A calming and intentional energetic reset for your home. This session is designed to help clear stagnant or heavy energy, restore a sense of peace and balance, and create a more grounded environment within your space. Together, we’ll move through simple energetic clearing practices while also discussing ways you can continue maintaining the energy of your home.
$100 (Additional travel fees may apply outside the Boise area.)

Intuitive Guidance & Spirit Communication
While Reiki remains the foundation of my work, clients also receive intuitive guidance during their sessions. As I work, I become aware of impressions, messages, symbols, memories, or information that feels relevant to a client's healing and growth.
These insights often come through as images, emotions, physical sensations, words, or scenes that unfold like a story. Sometimes the information relates to a client's past, current life circumstances, spiritual guides, or loved ones who have passed. Every experience is unique, and no two sessions are alike.
With your permission, I will reserve 5-10 minutes at the end of your Reiki session share any messages or impressions that arise. These brief intuitive messages are included as part of every session.
Some clients wish to spend additional time exploring these messages, asking questions, or discussing information that came through during their Reiki session. For those clients, an additional time may be added to the end of the session for $50 per 30 minutes.
What to Expect
During your session, you will remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a massage table. I use gentle, light touch, always avoiding any areas you prefer not to be touched.
Many clients experience deep relaxation and may feel warmth, tingling, heaviness, lightness, or a sense of energy moving throughout the body. Every session is unique, and there is no "right" way to receive Reiki. I simply ask that you come with an open mind and a willingness to receive.
You are welcome to relax quietly, fall asleep, or talk during your session, whatever feels most comfortable for you. While I am always happy to answer questions, I typically work quietly. During Reiki, I focus on meditation, energetic clearing, chakra balancing, grounding, and intuitive guidance. This allows me to remain fully present with your energy and the healing process.
I typically reserve the final 5–10 minutes of each Reiki session to share any messages or guidance that came through. For clients who would like to explore these messages in greater depth, additional time may be added or an Intuitive Guidance Session may be a good fit.
My goal is always to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and at ease. Whether you come seeking relaxation, emotional healing, spiritual insight, or simply a chance to reconnect with yourself, you are welcome exactly as you are.
